ORDERS & DELIVERYWhen will my order arrive?
Every BravePot is made to order and ships within 7 days. After that, delivery usually takes about 3 days within the EU, around 12 days to the US, and 5–10 days to most other countries. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop.
SHIPPINGHow much is shipping?
It depends on your country and the weight of your order. You can see the exact price under the Add to cart button and in your cart before you check out. Good to know: adding a second item often costs little or nothing extra in shipping.
US ORDERSWill I pay import fees or customs in the US?
No. We pay all US import fees and duties for you, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
PAYMENTWhich currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown in your local currency so they’re easy to compare. Payment is processed in EUR and your bank converts it automatically. You can pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
HOW IT WORKSHow does the self-watering moss pole work?
Fill the dripper reservoir on top and it slowly waters the moss inside the pole. Extra water drains separately out of the pot, not into the soil, so the moss stays moist while the soil can dry out between waterings. Healthier roots, happier climbers.
GROWS WITH YOUR PLANTCan I make the moss pole taller later?
Yes. Each segment adds 24 cm and simply stacks on top. Start small and add segments as your plant climbs. You’ll find extra segments and parts in our Spare Parts collection.
CHOOSINGOpen back or closed back?
Closed back keeps the moss moist for longer. Open back lets roots grow into the pole from all sides. Both come in every colour, and you can mix pole and planter colours however you like.
IN THE BOXIs moss included?
Moss isn’t included, so you can choose your favourite. Sphagnum moss works best. Each pole segment comes with 3 plant clips to attach your plant.
